ABOUT
I am passionate about the delightful developments and strategic plans, that lead to the creative well-being of regional communities.
I have worked in the arts and human services sectors for almost forty years. After some years of touring theatre productions and their accompanying community workshops throughout regional Australia, and constantly witnessing the affect these visits had on regional audiences, I decided to move my life away from the city, and began working within a regional community; and my arts focus broadened.
I worked in voluntary and paid positions with community arts organisations, not-for-profits, and within local, state and federal government. I supported artists and communities throughout the state, and facilitated grassroots community engagement in the arts as part of a many small teams of regional creatives as we embedded arts activity, into the events calendar. I was selected to serve on committees and reference panels with Tafe SA, Regional Arts Australia and Country Arts SA.
Amongst a great many other things, regular arts activity in regional communities strengthens skills, provides employment, and promotes economic development – it also strengthens human connection, well-being and long lasting memories.
I have helped plant seeds and strengthen connections that continue to have exciting opportunities for regional audiences, organisations and creatives – I’d love to talk with you about how we can work together to grow your arts practice or support your regional community to thrive and flourish.

I have over 40 years of performing arts-production and events management experience. Inside traditional theatres and creatively built outdoor spaces, I support diverse groups of artists, crew and creatives to collaborate, and can take a production on the road with safe hands, liaising and engaging with communities, presenters and venues along the way. I coordinate your event resources and artists, ensuring a safe environment for festivals goers to get excited.
